I actually started as an engineer, and yes, I know what you're thinking. Talk about taking the scenic route to running a studio! But engineering taught me the lesson I still lean on most. Great ideas rarely fail because they're bad. They fail because the process around them falls apart. That's where Unrendered comes in.

A lot of what I do is help people understand each other. Creative teams and leadership usually want the same thing, but they describe it so differently that nobody can tell. I bring your vision to life and keep everyone connected along the way, because a shot, a product launch, a social post, and a revenue goal really should be one conversation, not four.
